Classes taken by Tim

Tim immediately helped me realize some of my own personal goals and set up great workouts and an effective exercise routine. So far I have achieved impressive results and set myself new goals every week all thanks to Tim's enthusiasm and encouragement during our sessions. One thing I personally like the most is the way Tim invests himself into his clients, it really shows how dedicated Tim is in helping me achieve great things. I couldn't ask for a better personal trainer and would recommend Tim to anyone looking to better their health but need that little extra push.

At first it was a bit daunting, the idea of pushing myself past my comfort zone. But within the first few minutes of my first session, Tim changed my perspective.
