Luke is a trainer that genuinely enjoys what he does – Luke understands the struggles of the ‘average man’ in trying to get fitter and healthier – because he has been there. My personal goals have evolved since working with Luke, I no longer just want to ‘lose weight’ – I now want to be the best me I can be, constantly challenging myself to be better! Luke is creative and inventive with sessions – be prepared to push/pull/carry/drag/climb all manner of objects in ways you didn’t imagine before!

I cannot speak more highly of Luke he is an amazing trainer who is friendly and welcoming from the minute you meet him. Whether it's for health and fitness or to challenge yourself Luke is there to support and motivate you. I really enjoy Luke's classes as not one session is the same and he constantly pushes me to go that little bit harder.
