When I first met James 7 months ago, I weighed 58kg and barely fit into the smallest size men’s clothes available. For over 10 years I strongly believed I was unable to gain weight and build muscle but after training with James 3 days a week I have gained 17kgs and have gone up 4 pant sizes. I would recommend James to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals. With the support, knowledge and motivation that James has shared with me, I have been able to go above and beyond my goals and have dramatically improved my confidence.
I really didn't think I would find a trainer who would care so much and give so much support, encouragement and advice as what James does. James is like a smiling assassin, no barking orders or shouting, just continual encouragement to push my boundaries and be better than the session before. I never thought I'd be the PT kinda girl but I have flourished under the one to one training environment losing 5kg and 6cm. What I'm most surprised about with the training partnership with James is that in sorting out my physical health, he has rebuilt my self belief and confidence, something I am forever thankful for.
