ONE on ONE
Personal training with 100% accountability and support. This is great for those new to training who need to learn movement patterns and techniques or for those needing that extra push and motivation. Training, nutrition and mindset, specific to your needs and goals!
ONE on TWO
Personal training for couples and friends. Training with a partner helps keep you motivated and helps reduce cost, while still giving you enough support to achieve your goals. Ideally, these sessions are great for people of similar goals, although training, nutrition and mindset are 100% specific to your individual needs!
SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
These sessions are suited to people with some training experience who understands how to move safely with sound form and know how to follow a program. You will be training in the same time slot as up to 6 people, but will be following your own individual program, under the guidance of a personal trainer. This is our most affordable option!
We offer affordable personal training sessions, based around results. Our mission is to help create a happy, healthy, active society.
Located near the centre of Brisbane, the PumpedFIT Coorparoo Studio is easily accessible by public transport and car with parking available. Mobile personal training is also available for those who can’t make it to the gym.
Our personal trainers are accredited, experienced and keen to educate, guide and motivate you reach your health and fitness goals.
One on one, two on one or small group personal training in half an hour, forty-five minute or hour-long blocks: Whatever your goals, we have a personal training package to suit your needs.
We offer personal training sessions from 5am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 6am to 12pm Saturday, so there’ll always be a convenient time for a workout.
