A high intensity class designed at performing 300 reps as quickly as possible. Can you beat the 30 minute limit? Are you up to the challenge?

The 300 group fitness class incorporates a number of strength and conditioning fundamentals, Olympics lifts and challenging body weight exercises into an intense outdoor group fitness session. In this class, the only person you are competing with is yourself. Come in, get it done, go home! It’s all on you, 300 reps completed as quickly as possible.

 

As high intensity training goes, this one will leave you breathless. The focus here is on speed and power, while maintaining correct form and posture. Our experienced personal trainers will monitor your progress throughout the challenge and make sure you’re on track to complete the workout safely and on time.

 

Whether its an intense weight-based session in our dedicated Coorparoo Studio or a varied and challenging workout at our beautiful park locations in Kangaroo Point and Norman Park, the 300 will leave you spent but satisfied with your results.
